Work backwards from the profit you want to the price you should list, after every marketplace cut. This free calculator includes commission, fixed fees, payment fees, tax on fees, returns and GST or VAT. There is no sign-up, and your numbers stay on your device unless you choose to send them.
How it works
Let C = product cost + packaging + shipping, g = product tax rate, f = commission % + payment fee %, t = tax on fees and R = returns allowance. The list price including tax is P = (C + fixed fee × (1 + t)) ÷ ((1 − margin) ÷ (1 + g) − f × (1 + t) − R). If the bottom part is zero or less, no price can reach that margin.
At any price P, the price before tax is P ÷ (1 + g), fees are P × f × (1 + t) plus the fixed fee with its tax, and the returns allowance is P × R. Profit = price before tax − fees − returns − C. Margin is measured on the price before GST or VAT, and input tax credit is not counted. A table also shows the list price for 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% margins.

How do I price a product on a marketplace?
Start from your full cost (product, packing and shipping), then add commission, fixed and payment fees with their tax, a returns allowance and GST. The calculator solves for the price that leaves your target margin, so you do not have to guess.
Is margin calculated before or after GST?
Before. The tool takes GST or VAT out of the list price first, then measures your profit against that amount. Input tax credit is not counted, so ask your accountant how it affects your own numbers.
Why does it say 'Not possible'?
When commission, fees, returns and the margin you want add up to more than the price can carry, no list price works. Lower the target margin, reduce fees, or sell through your own website or WhatsApp where there is no commission.
