Plan how you follow up an enquiry so it does not go cold. Enter the customer's name and what they asked about, and get six ready-written WhatsApp messages with dates, from the first reply to a check-in a month later. The planner is free, needs no sign-up, and the details stay on your device unless you send them.
How it works
The plan has six steps counted from the first contact date: day 0 thank them and share details, day 1 check they received it, day 3 share a customer review, day 7 add gentle urgency, day 14 ask honestly whether to continue, and day 30 stay in touch. Each message fills in the customer's name, the topic, your name and your business.
Placeholders in square brackets, such as [add price or brochure] or [add a short review], are for you to replace before sending. The calendar button downloads one .ics file with an all-day reminder for each step, which most phone and computer calendars can import. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with the message ready; you still press send.
How to use it
- Enter the customer's name, what they asked about, your name and business name.
- Set the first contact date and, optionally, the customer's WhatsApp number.
- Open each message in WhatsApp on its day, or add all reminders to your calendar.
Questions
How many times should I follow up a customer?
Enough to be helpful without being pushy. This plan spaces six messages over 30 days and includes a polite day-14 message asking whether to continue. Adjust the timing to suit your business and stop when the customer asks.
Can I edit the follow-up messages?
Yes. Copy any message and change it before sending, and replace the square-bracket parts with your price, brochure or a real customer review. Keep messages short, personal and clear about the next step.
Does it send WhatsApp messages automatically?
No. The tool opens WhatsApp with the message already typed in, and you press send yourself. The calendar file reminds you on each planned day. Nothing is ever sent without you.
Is it free, and is the customer's number saved?
It is free with no sign-up. The names and number you type stay in your browser and are not saved by us unless you choose to send your result through the form.
